Smart, Load-Sensing Hydraulics

Load-sensing hydraulics, equipped with pressure-compensated valves, deliver precise, smooth and powerful operation, no matter what attachments are needed for the job site. Operators enjoy the finger-tip control of the Electro Proportional Joystick that delivers precise and sensitive control of all attachments. Operators can control and monitor oil flow to the auxiliary lines using a simple ergonomic in-cab control unit. To prevent hand fatigue, the 9027F ZTS features a smart lock button on the joystick, that allows the operator to lock the flow.

The neat compact design of the 9027F excavator with ZTS and boom swing fits into the tightest of spaces. Because the upper frame and counterweight sit within the width of the tracks, the 9027F ZTS can squeeze into the tightest job sites without damaging the machine or surrounding environment. The agile offset boom swing control allows the 9027F ZTS to deliver even greater versatility — operators can dig right alongside the tracks. At the touch of a button, track-wheel control enables the boom to swing 74-degrees to the left and 54.5-degrees to the right. Whatever space challenges it faces on job sites, the 9027F compact body and versatile operation are ready to meet those challenges.

One Machine, Many Possibilities

Designed with multi-tool versatility, the 9027F ZTS features high-flow, 2-way attachment hydraulic lines with proportional control. These are fitted as standard, so operators will get the most from the machine. Operators can easily use single-direction attachments like breakers, or dual-direction attachments, such as a tilting bucket. This excavator also offers an optional rotation circuit, multiple flow attachments such as a selector grab or 4-line tilt rotator that can also be used with ease.

Easy Maintenance

Get easy access to air filter, oil filter, fuel prefilter, dipstick, hydraulic tank and oil fill cap with the 9027F’s fully opening side covers that also let maintenance teams get to the engine, main pump and radiator.
